Gloria Bailey-Ray, President and Founder of It’s Essential, LLC, has over 25 years of progressive management experience in Corporate America. Gloria has experience in directing, hiring, training and setting strategy with companies ranging from growth modes to start-ups.
Gloria has held a variety of positions ranging from nursing and medical to pharmaceutical sales. She has experience in diversity and inclusion with a focus on increasing women in higher ranking positions within Corporate America.
Gloria’s background in healthcare is the springboard for being sought after to speak on topics that are of national health concerns. Gloria‘s list of credits reflects her ability to speak to various organizations ranging from civic groups, church groups as well as business professionals and moderate panels for community partners such as the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association. In addition, she started two successful networking organizations in the Bay Area.
Gloria is currently writing a series of books titled, “U Didn’t Get the Memo,” which focuses on Corporate America, relationships, finance and raising children.
Gloria is a certified professional coach who holds an Associate Degree of Registered Nursing (ADRN), Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
