Her various positions allowed development and experience in motivating, hiring, training and setting strategy with companies ranging from growth modes to start-ups.
Gloria has held a variety of positions ranging from nursing, sales, public speaking to career development. She has experience in diversity and inclusion with a focus on increasing women in higher ranking positions within Corporate America. This focus lead to Gloria writing and publishing her first book, U Didn't Get the Memo-Navigating Corporate America.
With concerns over the lack of women being promoted in Corporate America and the huge disparity in pay between her male counterparts, Gloria has always stood for women receiving equal pay for doing the same work. In today’s heightened movements around women and the workplace she founded the non-profit Savant Women of Change.
